For families wishing to create their own program, the GUIDES are an invaluable resource and become the foundation for the individualized curriculum. Since the GUIDES are compatible with Maryland educational requirements, parents can use them for their required reviews with school officials as important documentation that instruction in the different studies taught in the schools has been addressed. They are well researched and include all major academic areas, resource lists, and specific learning suggestions. The GUIDES are very affordable and each covers two or more school years.
